References to "Our," "Us," and "We" in this agreement refer to the company (Bristol Hypopressives) that is in charge of offering the website, and associated services (“service (s)”). Any person who uses any means to access the services is referred to as "You" in this context. By clicking the acceptance box or using any of our services, you are confirming that you agree to our terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy. Any additional terms and conditions or documents that may sometimes be posted on the website are hereby specifically incorporated herein by reference.

Before you may connect to, use, or access our services, you must read and agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, entity, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this agreement, that you can accept this agreement on that organization's behalf, and that you will be bound by its terms. Additionally, you represent and warrant that you are using the service in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

You attest that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement if you use our services in any way, whether or not you have an account with us. In the event that you disagree with any of these guidelines, you must discontinue using our services right away. Prohibited actions may lead to the termination or suspension of your access to the services at our sole discretion and subject you to legal repercussions.

User: Should the service user be younger than the legal age of eligibility and capacity in the

applicable jurisdiction, you hereby attest that you are the legal guardian of the user, that you

and the user have read, comprehended, and accepted these Terms, and that you have granted permission for the user to use the service going forward in line with these Terms.

User responsibilities. It is necessary for the user to act appropriately when using the website. Any and all content that a user uploads to the website is entirely his responsibility, and it must abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

When using the service, kindly ensure that you respect the rights of others, including any intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights, and third parties' privacy rights in relation to any user content you upload, provide to the Company, or use on the service. The company disclaims all liability for any losses.

You are required to give correct and comprehensive information upon request, or to amend or update it as necessary. Providing any information that is known to be false or erroneous is against this agreement. You grant us permission to access and use the aforementioned information as we have requested, and you confirm and warrant that you are entitled to do so. The Company reserves the right to delete any content that it determines to be in violation of

the law, rules, regulations, or these terms and conditions.

The material is the property of the Company when it is published on the Website, and the Company is allowed to use it as it sees appropriate. The user will not receive any kind of payment for the content. Furthermore, we maintain the right to use any content on our website for marketing and other business-related purposes. You further agree to never assert or otherwise utilize any moral rights you may have in any user content, and to explicitly renounce any moral rights you may have in respect to the user content. It is the user's exclusive obligation to seek any consent before uploading any personal information of others that appears in user content.

We will not be held responsible or liable for any user material that you or other users post or publish, and we are under no obligation to censor or regulate user content. At our sole discretion, we have the right to delete or alter user material. Any user material that you upload to the service is entirely your responsibility. The exercise of this right by us does not subject us to any liability for any loss or harm.

You understand and agree that we may contact you via the contacts you have supplied with information pertaining to customer care. By using the service or providing us with Personal Information, you consent to receiving communications from us on issues pertaining to the management, security, and privacy of your use of the service. Accounts: To use the service, you may be required to create an account. Since your account is private to you, you are not allowed to offer access to it to any parties or transfer or disclose any information about it. Because you will be responsible for all activity that occurs under your access credentials, you agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Service. You also agree to keep the login details you use to access the service private. You will be solely liable for any losses incurred by the Company or third parties as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your account.

Representation or Warranty: THIS WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, THE PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH ALL OF ITS FLAWS, AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER RIGHTS.

Release and Disclaimer: You acknowledge that any use of the Company’s services is done so at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses to yourself or your property that may be a consequence of such use. You indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any and all injuries, claims, or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services.

Class Reservations: We retain the right to make changes to our schedule at any moment. Once class has begun, students will not be permitted to enter, and there will be no reimbursement for absences resulting from tardiness. There is a waitlist available only for reservations made directly through our website in the event that a class is filled. An email will be sent to you in the event that a spot becomes available.

Class Cancellations: There won't be any reimbursements for cancelled or missed lessons. Seven hours before the commencement of the session, classes may be cancelled, and credit may then be applied to another online program. Please email lucy@bristolhypopressives.com.

In the case of less than three students attending, an emergency affecting the instructor or studio, or other unanticipated circumstances, we retain the right to cancel courses. You will get notice via email or text message if classes are canceled up to one hour before the scheduled start time. Should there be such cancellation, your class credits will be refunded.

Block booking: You can use your class pass for the online session if you are unable to attend the in-person class; however, you cannot utilize a missed class against another in-person session. These cancellations need to be submitted at least 7 hours before the start of the lesson. If you would like to join online, please email lucy@bristolhypopressives.com. Except as indicated otherwise, all block reservations are only good for classes. No refunds or extensions are available for any block-booked passes and credits.

Concessions: We provide a 10% discount for students, the NHS, and those with low incomes on all price levels. Identity verification or other proof may be needed. For further information, email lucy@bristolhypopressives.com. Discounts are not transferable to friends, relatives, or any third parties; they are exclusively for personal use. If you abuse the discount or your circumstances change, we retain the right to cancel your discount rights.

Workshops / Courses & Trainings: Dates for advertised courses, workshops, or trainings may be adjusted, and/or refunds may be given as needed, in the case of low enrollment or unanticipated events. Cancellations for workshops must be made seven days in advance in order to receive a refund. If a cancellation is made in lesser than seven days in advance, there will be no reimbursement. Except as agreed, workshop reservations are non-transferable.

Provisions for security: Attempting to go beyond the Site's security measures and infringing

against our rights or the rights of other users is forbidden.

Company's rights: Throughout the duration of this agreement, the Company shall retain exclusive ownership of any intellectual property that it may have held. Without our prior written approval, you are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, alter, transmit, or use this website's features in any other manner for your own advantage or the benefit of another person.

Links leading to external websites: Access to connections to external websites is unrestricted, we have no control over their features, content, or accessibility, and we make no claims at all. Links do not imply endorsement or agreement with the views stated on the pages to which they lead. Any and all dangers that may arise from accessing such websites or items are solely your responsibility.

Amendments: We maintain the right to modify the website's content. We have the right to modify these conditions at any moment, with or without prior notification. Since you are bound by the most recent terms, you should check this page from time to time to review them.
