A workshop to learn about hypopressives, the breathing technique, a couple of postures and exercises to help you get the best out of your practice. These workshops are for groups of six and are suitable for beginners and those looking to refresh their practice.
A one-hour combined hypopressives and yoga class for those that have learnt the practice with a qualified coach. These classes will flow between hypopressive and yoga postures, creating a nourishing sequence to uplift, tone and support. Specially designed for those wanting to improve and support their pelvic health. Suitable for those that have already learnt the hypopressives technique.

A 30-minute weekly class keeping you on track and accountable. Suitable for those that have already learnt the hypopresssives technique.
Wednesdays online 1.15-1.45pm
Intermediate HYPOPRESSIVE CLASS
A 30-minute weekly class keeping you on track and accountable. Suitable for those that have already learnt the hypopresssives technique.
